Dr. David Walsh served on the faculty of the management department at Miami University from 1991-2020. He received his Ph.D. from the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University in 1991.

Dr. Walsh has written many books related to the issue of working with workers in companies. He has also published articles in journals such as Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law, American Business Law Journal, Law & Society Review, and Industrial & Labor Relations Review.
