The author of Davis Advantage for Townsend’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing 11th Edition book is Karyn I. Morgan RN, MSN, APRN-CNS. She is a woman who focuses on the field of nursing. She studied at the University of Massachusetts Amherst (majoring in Nursing Science) with a Bachelor of Science degree (2006 – 2010) and completed her Master’s degree with a major in Family Nurse Practitioner at Simmon University (2016 – 2019). She has worked at the University of Illinois Chicago for 3 years and 8 months as a Nurse Pratitioner (8 months) in December 2022 and as an APRN and Clinical Manager (3 years) from November 2019 to January 2023. She was also a Nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts for 3 years and 4 months from August 2016 to November 2019. Apart from being a nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital, she was also a nurse at Northwestern Medicine for 2 years and 1 month from August 2014 – August 2016. Morgan received many awards, one of which is an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) in November 2021.
