Steven S. Zumdahl is a professor emeritus of chemistry at the University of Illinois. The degrees obtained are a B.S. from Wheaton College and a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois. Dan remains active in writing books from 15 chemistry textbooks, including Chemistry, Chemical Principles, Introductory Chemistry, and Chemistry: An Atoms First Approach.
